Terms and Conditions

Please spend some time and read through this entire Job Pack before applying for the Advertising Sales Executive Vacancy. By completing the Application form it is deemed you have read and understood this Job Pack, which forms part of your application.

Access to the Application Form is found at the bottom of this Web Page.

Your Minimum Requirements:

a. You must be capable of meeting minimum computer software standards, including knowledge of how to send an email and surf the Internet.

b. You must have previous experience in Sales and Marketing or a will to learn, by undertaking a FREE e-course at Wetinbe Sales Executive Training Centre.

c. You must have have highly developed presentation skills and a neat outward presentation

d. You must never have had, nor have pending any form of criminal prosecution against you, nor been sacked from a previous employment for theft violence drugs or dishonesty, in any country of the world.

e. You must be over 19 and be able to drive, with a full driving licence.

Your Working Hours:

Working hours are to suit you, and this opportunity suits women, students and others who may want a part time role. Of course we are also very interested to hear from full time sales professionals.

Commissions:

We pay you commissions for gaining Business Subscribers as well as a commission on sales by any Executives you introduce to us and who are accepted as Sales Executives as a direct result of your introduction.

Payment of Commissions is a percentage of your Sales and Sales of your down line.

Class 1,2 and 3 Sales Executives are employed on a self employed basis only.

Down line Sales:

For sales commissions gained by Sales Executives you have introduced to Wetinbe (Down line Sales) we will pay you 3% of their sales as commission for the first 12 months of their sales value.

Sales Commission:

For sales commissions gained by your actual advertising sales we pay on an upward scale related to your sales volume and this is detailed further down this job pack.

All client payments must be made IN FULL by the client direct to the local Wetinbe area office, or in certain cases our nominated Bank.

All payments from Wetinbe to Sales Executives will be made on the on the 2nd month after the Receipt of Payment for the Sale by Bank Transfer from your local Office or Western Union payment direct from our UK Offices.

For the avoidance of doubt:

If a customer paid for  their advertising  on day 31 of month 1, then the Returns time means they could stop using the product 14 days later, on day 14 of month 2. This would be the last day for any possible returns and refunds. You would then be paid on the 25th day of month 3. Payments are always made on the 25th day of every month.

Territories:

Wetinbe is recruiting Sales Executives throughout West Africa. As territories fill with Executives we will not seek to add any further Executives into those territories. We want our Executives to make profitable livelihoods from our relationship.

Every Sales Executive that commences working with us starts as a Class 3 Executive.

From here, the sky is the limit in terms of your earning potential and career prospects. Our ethos is simple- you hit the targets and we reward your ambitions with top prospects and rewards. We do not recruit directly into higher positions. If you make the targets lower down, then Company policy is to reward you by promoting YOU up the Wetinbe corporate ladder.

It is possible to commence as a Class 3 Executive and within 9 months be promoted to a Business Development Executive.

Commission Executives

Class 3 Executive: Executives who sell up to 200USD per month of advertising revenue. Commission is 15% and additional commission of 3% of down line Sales. Every one of our Executives starts here and works their way up. We do not hire straight into higher positions.

Class 2 Executive: Executives who sell up to 500USD per month of advertising revenue. Commission is 17% and additional commission of 3% of down line Sales.

Class 1 Executive: Executives who sell over 500USD per month of advertising revenue. Commission is 20% and additional commission of 3% of down line Sales.

Salaried Executives

Business Development Executive: Executives who sell over 1500USD per month of advertising revenue, every month for 9 consecutive months may be promoted to Business Development Executives.

Benefits Package Includes:

· Commission is 20% of Sales

Business Development Manager: Business Development Executives who sell over 10000USD per month of advertising revenue, every month for 6 consecutive months may be promoted to Business Development Managers.

Business Development Planner: Business Development Executives, who sell over 20000USD per month of advertising revenue, every month for 3 consecutive months, may be promoted to Business Development Planner once a vacancy arises.

At this level you will be responsible for the planning and strategic targeting of key customers and handling high level advertising contracts.

You will have your own region and report to the Wetinbe board on advertising trends and issues.

All your payments are made in Local Currency only. Because we operate in several East and West African Countries, US Dollars are used in this Job Pack so there is a common payment scale between countries.

Job Description:

Working for Wetinbe you will be responsible for maximizing revenue from advertising sales.

Reporting to Advertising Sales Manager in your region

Key tasks

* Achieve monthly targets of a minimum of 30 logged Sales Visits per month

* Increase market share for Business advertising sales

* Actively sell on the phone and, when appropriate face to face

* Telephone all regular customers on a regular basis, and chase up potential, new and irregular advertisers

* Use letters, media packs, faxes and e-mails to support sales initiatives

* Obtain relevant testimonials

* Sell the benefits of larger advertisements and series insertions

* Monitor and canvas from all competitive media

* Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions where possible.

* Be aware and report on new developments in the market

Demonstrate efficient admin skills including

* Keeping systems up to date on your clients contacts and orders

* Obtaining written confirmation of ads booked

* Ensuring production has written evidence of orders and confirmations in a timely fashion

* Maintain a good presentation pack for prospective clients

* Liaise with accounts department regarding unpaid accounts and invoicing queries

Sales Executive Terms & Conditions.

By accessing the site and proceeding onto the Application page you accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Wetinbe.com (the website) and all sub domains are wholly owned by Wetinbe Ltd (hereafter "Wetinbe ", "us", "we" or "our").

"Products" refers to any item or service product sold through the website Business Pages. The product is to be specified by and only by Wetinbe. Wetinbe Sales Executives will be paid commission on sales of qualifying products. The amount of commission is to be set by Wetinbe and may vary from time to time. Wetinbe will inform Wetinbe Sales Executives of any changes in writing.

"Qualifying products" refers to products on the sale of which, a commission will be paid to the Wetinbe Sales Executive. From time to time, Wetinbe may offer customers non-qualifying products, on which commission will not be paid, as 'loss-leaders', or on which there is no margin for commission, in order to bring customers to the website.
 

Wetinbe Sales Executives "Customers" refers to persons or companies using the Business Pages services of Wetinbe. Wetinbe grant Wetinbe Sales Executives a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for the duration of the term of this Agreement, solely for purposes of facilitating sales from Customers, including, without limitation, uploading client data and logos, products on the website. We reserve all of our rights in the Wetinbe logo, any other images, our trade names and trademarks, and all other intellectual property right .

Wetinbe Sales Executives may encourage their customers and website visitors to sign up as a Sales Executive generating a "down line". Wetinbe Sales Executives will earn a commission on the sales of qualifying products sold through this down line. The commission structure is to be set by Wetinbe and may vary from time to time. The commission amount is published on the Wetinbe Sales Executive yearly newsletter.

Neither Wetinbe Business Pages nor its owners, Wetinbe Ltd, associates or partners are responsible for:

a) any loss, injury or damage, whether physical, financial or of any other nature, arising from the use of information contained in this site.

b)the actions of any person registered on this site

c)the content of external internet sites

  1. The intellectual property rights in all elements of the site, including without limitation the copyright, database right, trade marks and patents, know how, articles and their contents, confidential information and collections of personal data are owned or controlled by Wetinbe or as otherwise stated.
  2. All Wetinbe Sales Executives software is supplied on an as-is basis. Wetinbe Sales Executives may not alter or attempt to alter the software in any way. Wetinbe reserves the right to change the software without prior notice. Wetinbe Sales Executives will usually be given written notice that the software has been changed via email or the website.
  3. Wetinbe reserves the right to refuse permission to use its name at any time. Permission is granted at the sole discretion of Wetinbe. An automated reply does not mean permission is granted, and once given may be revoked. Where permission is denied, Wetinbe will do everything within its reasonable power to grant an alternative. Services may be modified, supplemented or withdrawn by Wetinbe. Wetinbe will always make all reasonable efforts to notify Wetinbe Sales Executives of any changes, via email and via the Wetinbe Sales Executives area on the website.
  4. Instructions included on the website or any promotional material relating to this offer are part of these terms.
  5. Nothing in these terms or conditions makes Class 3, 2, or 1 Wetinbe Sales Executives the partner, agent, distributor or employee of Wetinbe. Wetinbe Sales Executives are not authorised to make any representations concerning Wetinbe services and Wetinbe will not be bound by any representations made by Wetinbe Sales Executives or liable for any false or misleading information given to anyone by Wetinbe Sales Executives.
  6. Wetinbe Sales Executives must take reasonable precautions to keep their password and login secret and must notify Wetinbe immediately if they suspect that an unauthorised person may have access to it.
  7. Wetinbe Sales Executives must be aged 19 or over.
  8. Wetinbe Sales Executives may sign up and use a free e-mail address from yahoo, hotmail or similar provider. In any case of abuse of this facility by spamming or other unacceptable activity, Wetinbe will immediately sack the Sales Executive with the loss of all Commissions and earnings.
  9. On no Account is any spamming or email marketing to be carried out by the Sales Executive.
  10. Wetinbe Sales Executives bear full responsibility for any infringements of trademark or passing off implied or otherwise on the Business Pages website. Only the rightful owner will be granted full permission to use any given trademark or company name on their listing. Any listing found to be infringing a trademark or passing off will be deleted at Wetinbe discretion.
  11. Wetinbe reserves the right to withhold payment of commission, if in the opinion of Wetinbe, the referral scheme is being used by Wetinbe Sales Executives or someone associated with Wetinbe Sales Executives for improper and/or fraudulent purposes or if Wetinbe Sales Executives fail to comply with any Wetinbe Sales Executives' obligations under this agreement.
  12. Misconduct.
  13. Wetinbe Sales Executives may not alter or attempt to alter the appearance or effect of any part of the website.
  14. Wetinbe Sales Executives may not promote the business logo in an unlawful, untruthful or offensive manner. All listings must be legal, ethical and responsible. In any event of SPAM (unsolicted commercial email) being sent by the Sales Executive Wetinbe reserve the right to sack the offending Sales Executive immediately.
  15. Policies and Pricing
    For the avoidance of doubt, customers who buy Products through Wetinbe Sales Executives will become customers of Wetinbe Ltd. Accordingly, all Wetinbe rules, policies and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service and Product sales will apply to those customers. Such policies and operating procedures may be changed at any time. For example, Wetinbe will determine the prices to be charged for Products sold under this Programme in accordance with its own pricing policies. Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. Because price changes may affect Products that Wetinbe Sales Executives already have listed on their sales paperwork, Wetinbe Sales Executives must not include price information with client Product descriptions. Wetinbe will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular Product.
  16. Payment of commission
    Wetinbe Sales Executives of Wetinbe Business Pages will be paid commission as outlined in the month ending the 45th day after the transaction date except for the following conditions;
  17. Large Advertising orders with monthly payments.
    a. For large Advertising orders where a monthly payment scheme is agreed with the client, the first 3 months premium must be paid before any commission is due. In the event of a cancellation prior to 3 month's premium being paid, no commission is liable.
  18. Commission will only be paid on addresses for customers introduced through the Sales Executive. Wetinbe Sales Executives must hold a local Bank account, to which commission will be paid.
  19. Fraudulent transactions, cancellations, returns and never-pays. Transactions made using a stolen credit card and 'never-pay' connections (customers who fail to pay their monthly bill) are not liable to commissions, and may be subject to a claw-back of any commissions paid on the transaction. In the situation of a claw-back, commission paid is either to be paid back to Wetinbe Business Pages, or taken from the Wetinbe Sales Executives next commission payment, at the sole discretion of Wetinbe Business Pages
    At Wetinbe discretion, the Wetinbe Sales Executives may be liable for any losses incurred by Wetinbe through fraudulent transactions and never-pays through customers introduced by the Wetinbe Sales Executives. All order cancellations and returns are not liable to commission.
  20. Commission payments are paid in Local Currency, direct from Wetinbe Bank Account to your nominated Bank account or exceptionally, via Western Union.
  21. Sales Visit Records to be returned monthly. Wetinbe Sales Executives must return their Sales Visit Record at the end of every month or commission will be withheld. You must send into Wetinbe HQ a minimum of 30 Sales Visits per month, fully completed.
  22. Modification
    We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and at our sole discretion, by serving a change notice or a new agreement to you by EMAIL ONLY. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the commission payments, commission schedules, payment procedures and Wetinbe Sales Executives rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMME FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.
  23. Contract Terms Period
    The terms of this contract are valid for 2 years commencing on the date of acceptance of your application.
  24. Term of the Agreement and Termination
    Wetinbe may revoke the Wetinbe Sales Executives licence at any time by giving written notice.
    Wetinbe Sales Executives may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice.
    On termination, all outstanding debts or payments are to be cleared, allowing for the payment schedule.
    The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Wetinbe Sales Executives application and issue of your Wetinbe registration Number and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn commission on sales of Qualifying Products occurring during the term and fees earned up to the date of termination will remain payable only if the related orders are not cancelled or returned. We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must promptly return to us, or at our request, destroy any and all of our intellectual or proprietary property, information and/or materials in your possession and, subject to receiving written consent to the contrary from us, remove all hypertext links to our site from your email signature files.
  25. Limitation of Liability
    Neither we nor any of our Wetinbe Local Franchises will be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Programme, even if we or any of our Wetinbe Sales Executives have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our and our Wetinbe Sales Executives' collective aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Programme will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement at the time the act or omission giving rise to the liability occurred.
  26. Disclaimers
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our Wetinbe Local Franchises makes any express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Programme or any Products sold through the Programme (including, without limitation, your earning level, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage), and the same are hereby excluded. In addition, neither we nor any of our Wetinbe Local Franchises makes any representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free and none of us will be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
  27. Contact.
    Unless you object, we may use information you give us to provide you with information about goods and services offered by us and other organisations with which we have a business relationship. We or they may contact you by email, telephone, post or other on-line or interactive media.
  28. Independent Investigation
    YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE OR ANY OF OUR Wetinbe SALES EXECUTIVES MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE ADVERTISING SALES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR SALES. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAMME AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
  29. FORCE MAJEURE
    Neither party shall be liable for any breach of this Agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including without limitation: Act of God, inclement weather, flood, lightning or fire; industrial action or lockouts; Internet outages, the act or omission of Government, highways authorities or other competent authority; war, military operations or riot; the act or omission of any third party over whom that party has no control. THERE MAY BE "FORCE MAJEURE" CIRCUMSTANCES COMPLETELY BEYOND OUR CONTROL AND CONTEMPLATION FOR WHICH WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY, IN WHICH COMMISSION MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABLE. THESE INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION DESTRUCTION OF OR SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE WEBSITE, LIQUIDATION OF OUR SUPPLIERS OR NON-PAYMENT FROM OUR SUPPLIERS FOR ANY REASON, NON-AVAILABILITY OF SUPPLIERS SERVICES, WAR, THREAT OF WAR, RIOT, CIVIL STRIFE, INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE, TERRORIST ACTIVITY, NATURAL OR NUCLEAR DISASTER, FIRE OR ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS, CHANGES TO OR CANCELLATION OF AIR, RIVER, SEA OR RAIL SERVICES.
    IN THE EVENT OF FORCE MAJEURE SITUATIONS WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MAKE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOU WHERE POSSIBLE. WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY FORCE MAJEURE SITUATION OR CONSEQUENCES THAT ARISE AS A RESULT INCLUDING BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION NON-AVAILABILITY OF SALES EXECUTIVE COMMISSION.
  30. WAIVER. Failure by either party to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed nor shall be deemed to be a waiver of such party's rights nor prejudice such party's rights to take subsequent action.
  31. Miscellaneous
    This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
